چکیده
Adelina's case indicates that there are still arbitrary actions experienced by indonesian workers in Malaysia. Adelina is an illegal migrant worker and was convicted of attempted murder her employer often received violent treatment from until died. This research aims to find the facts objectively so it can be evaluation applicable legal formulation. The used normative research, researchers put law as a building system norms. Doctrinal this study uses regulatory approach, sources accordance with issues studied. results found lack prevention efforts Indonesia Malaysia against cases smuggling resulted trafficking persons being main factor occurrence unlawful acts committed employers workers.
